Products can be purchased direct on the site via the secure ordering system. In cases where the purchaser has a special request, then the purchaser can initiate a dialogue with the artist via email. In most cases, items purchased will be made to order. In cases where items are 'in stock', they will usually be mailed out in a couple days. Where items are 'made to order', the purchaser will be kept informed by email as to the progress of their order. In all cases, payment is not charged until the order is packed and ready to send.

Shipping is generally by Australia Post to anywhere in the world. Air Courier options are also available for both within-Australia and International shipping. Insurance is available and advisable.
