My name is Bob Gilmour. I am a sculptural artist based in Port Douglas, Australia. My work encompasses curvaceous and tactile functional items as well as fine art sculptural pieces and furniture ... crafted from Australian wood.

I create a range of exquisite wooden kitchenware utensils including spoons and stirrers, wood salad servers and salad tongs (forks, hands), spatulas, spurtles, and spreaders as well as unique utensil holders to display them in.

I also make wooden cocktail and drink muddlers (muddling sticks) in two sizes that are sure to lure you into creating those fruity cocktails for which the tropics are famous. My wood muddlers and muddle sticks are also great for crushing garlic and seeds or spices on a board in the kitchen ... just like a pestle without the mortar.

My hardwood cutting boards and breadboards are amongst the best you'll find anywhere in the World and there are numerous smaller cheese and sandwich boards.

You'll find elegant small bowls and dishes styled with flowing curves that are intended for everyday use. Then, there is a glimpse of the large fine art bowls and platters that I create to enhance the finest of settings.

I am not a mass producer ... everything I create is made one piece at a time, so no two items of similar products are quite the same.
